Travis and Jason Kelce’s stocks are soaring at the moment.
Fresh off their meeting in last season’s Super Bowl (which the Travis’ Kansas City Chiefs won over Jason’s Philadelphia Eagles), the two have remained in the spotlight thanks in large part to Travis’ recent romance with popular pop star Taylor Swift — in addition to their continued success on the field.
Last night, both men parlayed their recent boost in fame into a cameo appearance in a Saturday Night Live skit about the NFL’s charitable work.
Travis Kelce also had a second cameo in a skit that featured the (fake) FOX NFL Sunday crew talking about Taylor Swift and singing her songs. When fake Kurt Menefee says they’re finally going to talk to someone who just wants to talk about football, Travis appears on the screen and says, “Yeah, me!”
As for Swift, she appeared to introduce musical guest Ice Spice.
The Chiefs had the weekend off after taking care of the Denver Broncos on Thursday night (with Swift in attendance). As for the Eagles, they’re in New York this weekend to take on the Jets at MetLife.
