Meghan Markle Reportedly Attempts Reconciliation with Kate Middleton

Despite a strained relationship with the Royal Family, Meghan Markle has reportedly reached out to Kate Middleton in an attempt to mend fences.

According to a source from Heat Magazine, Meghan fears losing her royal title and faces potential consequences from Prince Harry’s recent critiques of the royals in his Apple TV+ documentary with Oprah Winfrey.

The source claims Meghan believes Kate is her best chance at reconciliation, hoping to gain her support and ultimately smooth things over with the family.

However, the source indicates Kate is hesitant to engage in “secret talks” due to concerns that anything she says could be made public. Despite this apprehension, Kate reportedly desires peace and understanding, especially considering the pain caused to William, Charles, and the Queen.

Kate’s message to Meghan and Harry is said to be one of ending public attacks on the family.

This news follows Meghan’s claims in her March interview with Oprah Winfrey, where she accused Kate of making her cry. Meghan also spoke about feeling suicidal as a working royal and alleging a lack of support from the institution.

Last month, Prince Harry echoed these sentiments in his Apple TV+ series “The Me You Can’t See.” He stated he wouldn’t be silenced and felt the family offered no assistance during their struggles.

Despite the tension, the Royal Family publicly congratulated Meghan and Harry on the birth of their daughter, Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge reportedly expressed their delight and may have sent a gift.

Experts suggest naming their daughter after the Queen’s nickname could be an attempt to extend an olive branch to the royals.

Efforts to reach Kensington Palace and Meghan Markle’s representatives for comment have been made by The Sun Online.
