Royal Fans Delighted: Duchess Sophie Stuns with Youthful Style

Royal fans are thrilled to have found a stylish icon in the royal family. Duchess Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, recently showcased her impeccable fashion sense at a garden party hosted by King Charles and Queen Camilla. Her appearance was so captivating that even Princess Kate couldn’t help but exclaim in praise upon seeing the photos.

Duchess Sophie, 59, looked breathtaking at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh, wearing a Cinderella blue gown by Roland Mouret. The gown featured a flat bow attached to one shoulder, capped sleeves, a defined waistline, and a floaty skirt, creating a fairytale-like appearance. She paired the gown with a matching powder blue hat from Jane Taylor, adorned with net detailing.

The Duchess kept her accessories simple yet elegant. She wore ‘Rosalia 65 Ballet Pink Patent Pointed Pumps with Pearl Detail’ from Jimmy Choo and carried the ‘Moneypenny Metal in Ardoise’ clutch from Sophie Habsburg in a grey hue. To add a touch of luxury, Sophie adorned herself with ‘5.20-carat Platinum Three Row Diamond Hoop Earrings’ from G. Collins and Son, retailing for £24,500.

Sophie’s hair was styled in a chic updo that framed her face beautifully, perfectly accommodating her hat. Her makeup was radiant, featuring fluttery eyelashes and a natural base that allowed her freckles to shine through. Her husband, Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh, accompanied her to the event.

Queen Camilla also led the way in blue, wearing a new coat dress by Fiona Clare with embroidery down the front, complemented by a light blue hat from Philip Treacy and Chanel capped-toe pumps. Her look was completed with Queen Mary’s Diamond Thistle Brooch.

The following day, Sophie continued to impress with her style. She attended the Order of the Thistle Service at St Giles’ Cathedral in a flattering pink dress paired with an unusual hat featuring a floral printed underside.

At the end of June, in her role as Honorary President of LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming), Sophie visited the Groundswell Agricultural Festival Show at Lannock Manor Farm. She looked splendid in a peach floral blouse and matching skirt from Soler London, topped with a cashmere-blend blazer from Eleventy Milano.
