Chris Stapleton Extends All-American Road Show Tour Into 2024 - Country Now

Decorated American singer-songwriter Chris Stapleton has announced a second show in Auckland next year.

The US star, who has won 10 Grammys alongside 15 Country Music Association awards and 10 Academy of Country Music awards, was only due to play one New Zealand show.

Live Nation announced today that due to demand, Stapleton will play at Auckland’s Spark Arena on March 7 and March 8.

He will be supported by Marcus King.

The tour includes three Australian dates before landing in Aotearoa. Billed as Chris Stapleton’s All-American Roadshow Goes Down Under, it is Stapleton’s first time touring the region.

Kentucky-born Stapleton won two awards at the latest Grammys – Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song – both for the single White Horse off his latest album Higher. He also performed the national anthem at the Super Bowl last year.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 11am via Live Nation.
