Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift might be the two latest additions to the growing list of celebrities at Augusta National. Rumors are flying around on the Internet and in Georgia as well that the power couple might touch down at ANGC on Saturday. Kyle Porter of CBS asked on X, “Which player or pairing do you think Taylor wants to follow?

Earlier, Claire Rogers of Golf.com, too, got wind of the rumors. But she later clarified that Kelce and Swift might attend the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival instead. Interestingly, they were also rumored to be at Arrowhead Stadium to watch Sporting KC take on Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami.

The Masters, though, might be a better venue for the couple. Augusta National’s strict no-phone rule can give them the privacy that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift rarely get. Moreover, it’s a familiar turf for Kelce. The Chiefs Tight End did attend the 2021 Masters along with his teammate, Patrick Mahomes. Even the current Jaguars quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, was also present.

Notably, last year, Travis Kelce paired up with Patrick Mahomes to face off against Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson for the made-for-TV golf event, The Match. The NFL had the last laugh, stunning Curry and Thompson, and the sporting world, with a 3–2 victory. Travis Kelce was also spotted at the Wynn Las Vegas just days after carrying the Kansas City Chiefs on his shoulder to Super Bowl glory.

The 34-year-old most recently was playing air guitar, singing along to Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’ when his friends decided to play that track on the range. If the rumors are true, Kelce will be the third NFL star to appear at Augusta this year.

Travis Kelce won’t be the only celebrity patron at the Masters

The Masters draw several high-profile names across various sports and entertainment industries, and this year hasn’t been an exception. Already on the course were former One Direction bandmates, Harry Styles and Niall Horan. Horan, notably, is a good friend of Rory McIlroy. He even caddied for the Northern Irish pro in 2015 at the Par 3 contest.

Kelce’s NFL peer and two-time Super Bowl champion, Peyton Manning, was also in attendance. Manning sported a green jacket, walking around the course with Andrew Whitworth of the Los Angeles Rams. Former football coach turned analyst Ron Rivera was in attendance as well. Two years ago, NFL stars dotted the greens. Kirk Herbstreit, John Harbaugh, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Nick Saban were present at the 2022 Masters.
