A new lawsuit accuses King of sexually assaulting a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh, who worked on a yacht that Diddy chartered in 2022.

Amidst Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking investigation and legal battles, his eldest son, Christian “King” Combs, now faces allegations of sexual assault. Grace O’Marcaigh has filed a lawsuit against the 26-year-old, accusing him of assaulting her while she was working on a yacht chartered by Combs, 54, in 2022.

According to Us Weekly, O’Marcaigh claimed that the boat charter, initially presented as a “wholesome family excursion,” turned into a “hedonistic environment.” The lawsuit accuses King of sexual harassment, emotional distress, and alleges that Combs is liable for chartering the yacht and aiding his son in the alleged assault.

Neither Diddy nor King has publicly responded to the lawsuit.

Less than two weeks ago, Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by federal law enforcement. Homeland Security initiated an investigation into the rapper after “three women and a man have been interviewed by federal officials in Manhattan in relation to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms,” according to NBC News.
