Caitlin Clark remains tight-lipped about potential appearances on TikTok (Imagn)
Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark spoke about her plans to appear on TikTok. The Indiana Fever rookie stole the show when she starred in a video shared by teammate Aliyah Boston. The young guard was recorded getting behind the camera when Boston was working out.
After the video made the rounds on social media, another teammate asked Clark if this would be a recurrent thing for her. Katie Lou Samuelson joined reporters to ask Clark about her plans on TikTok.
“I see you recently did a TikTok with [Aliyah Boston]. Can we expect more of those?” Samuelson asked.
“Remains to be seen. Can’t give away all my secrets,” Clark answered.
Clark has looked comfortable in front of and behind the camera. She even got a chance during a gym session to jokingly mock Boston. The 2023 No. 1 overall pick attempted a workout unknown to the former Iowa Hawkeyes superstar.
“What are we hitting? I’m not sure what they are. Not sure what it’s doing, but Sara says it works. Whatever, hamstring curls, I guess,” Clark joked in the video.
After spending rough days as a member of the Fever, with fans claiming the locker room wasn’t the best place to be, Clark is getting closer to her teammates. They’ve been playing solid basketball lately, even upsetting big teams on their way to the .500 mark.
Rachel Nichols explains why Caitlin Clark deserves to win WNBA ROY over Angel Reese
Caitlin Clark has established herself as a future superstar in the league and her first campaign with the Fever draws a lot of attention. The WNBA Rookie of the Year race between her and Angel Reese is getting more entertaining by the week. But for FS1’s Rachel Nichols, the guard has the edge over the forward.
“(Clark) has impacted winning in a bigger way than anyone else in the rookie class,” Nichols said on Monday’s edition of Undisputed. “Her team is on pace to finish a lot better this year than it did last year, whereas Angel Reese’s Sky, right now, are not on track to improve.”
The Fever boasts a 9-13 record, which is better than their initial 2-10 record. Clark and Co. have improved with their games and are now four games below the .500 mark. As for the Sky, it started the season competing against dangerous teams like the Connecticut Sun or New York Liberty.
The team will try to return to that level, but inconsistencies can ruin its plans.
