Over the weekend, Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever hosted a pool party before their WNBA game against the Phoenix Mercury.
Clark and the Indiana Fever prepared for their first showdown of the season against Brittney Griner, Diana Taurasi, and the Phoenix Mercury by cooling off in the hot temperatures.
The Fever desperately needed to come out and play to secure their first victory over a team that had a .500 record, so a pool day was greatly needed.
After their team’s practice on Saturday, Clark and a few of her teammates enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at a local pool in Phoenix.
Caitlin Clark stole the show as she could be seen in a two-piece bikini,

Sooooo, for those of us who are normal people with interesting lives and don’t go around looking for drama…how exactly is this controversial??? https://t.co/dYidVW8iCU

This isn’t a pool party… anyone with any kind of actual athletic background know this is contrast recovery. Going between hot and cold water to help your muscles. That’s seriously a community pool and her teammates.
Y’all are reaching here my friends. https://t.co/URC8p2fvO7

The pool day clearly worked as Caitlin Clark delivered by finishing one rebound short of what would have been the first triple-double by a WNBA rookie as Indiana beat the Mercury 88-82.
Despite the Fever falling behind early and trailing by 11 at halftime, and being down as much as 15 in the second half, the Fever put in an epic second-half effort to send fans home happy despite being on the road.
Caitlin Clark ended the night with 15 points, 12 assists, and nine rebounds as she passed the Fever’s rookie franchise record, recording 138 assists in just 20 games, per ESPN.com.
Indiana Fever Troll Diana Taurasi After Caitlin Clark And Team Completes Comeback Victory
Sunday was the first matchup between Clark and Phoenix veteran guard Diana Taurasi.
The Fever social media account didn’t mince words when they rubbed their comeback win over the Mercury in star Diana Taurasi’s face.
“Reality check,” the Fever tweeted along with a graphic celebrating their 88-82 win.
“Reality is coming, there’s levels to this thing,” Taurasi said during an appearance on SportsCenter during the NCAA Tournament.
